The Holt Rock Agronomy Group was formed in 1987 and covers the areas of Holt Rock, Varley, Hyden and Karlgarin. Group members are predominately broad-acre cereal producers. The group formed from a realisation that they were all trying to achieve the same production outcomes so decided to form a group to share knowledge and common experiences, with the main aim of solving their farming issues.
